Located inside Kelior East’s Milleara Shopping Centre, Bloom by Florelli is a local family business run by husband and wife, Florian (Loli) and Elvira (Ellie). Blooms by Florelli has been operating since December, 2020 and provides floral and delivery services to the west of Melbourne.
